Whether you need routine maintenance for your PCs, emergency support, or simply some hand holding and training, we can provide friendly and reliable support for you. Generally work can be successfully undertaken on site, but if further work is needed and the PC has to be taken off site then a loan PC can be offered at a nominal cost. This can enable your work to continue with minimum disruption whilst the original PC is repaired.

This service is available to both private and commercial customers. Support is provided at your site, or home, at times to suit you (at least, between 0730h and 2200h).

PCs generally run fine, just as your car does. You wouldn't dream of missing a service for your car, but do you do the same for your PCs and network? It is hard to guarantee you will never get a virus, or Spyware, but you can take a lot of steps to help. We guide you through this process and can run regular maintenance visits where we check all hardware and can also take a full system backup to be stored off site for you.

Rates are competitive with no hidden costs. You pay by the hour for support given and for the time taken to get to and from your premises. Any hardware or software supplied is additional.
