For a number of clients we provide a programme of regular preventative PC maintenance. This usually involves a monthly visit and takes about one and a half hours, depending upon the speed of the PC and also of the local Internet connection. Remote support can also be provided.. The programme includes:

• Check anti virus definitions fully up to date
• Check recent anti virus scan completed successfully
• Check for any Windows Updates that are needed
• Check Spyware definitions are fully up to date
• Check PC for Spyware activity
• Take full data backup
• Resolve any issues advised by user.

We also can check for data integrity, disk errors and if disk defragmentation is needed.
